We design and facilitate professional development experiences for faculty that support inclusive syllabus design, teaching across difference, and engaging students within the classroom.

We collaborate with institutions to assess, design, and refine programs using data, stakeholder voice, and student-centered frameworks to strengthen impact and sustainability.

  • I am available to serve in embedded fractional leadership roles, offering embedded, equity-centered support to organizations that are navigating transition, growth, or complex change.
