A little about me

Hi, I’m DJ Kelly-Quattrocchi M.S. (he/him/his), founder and CEO of KQ Consulting and Training LLC. I’ve spent over a decade working in equity across higher education, local government, and the classroom. As a mixed-race queer educator, my work and research focus on multiracial and queer identity development, equity-centered systems change, and the importance of identity-affirming spaces. Outside of work, I love board games, sci-fi and fantasy books, and cooking.
